CONSTITUTION CONSULTATION SECTION COMING SOON!

On June 15, 2010, the Employee and Labour Relations Committee rejected COTAPSA's request for a Framework Agreement. Mayor Miller declares his loyalties openly, lobbying Councillors personally against COTAPSA and in favour of the American backed-union, attempting to enter City Hall through the back door.

At the Employee and Labour Relations Commiittee meeting on May 19, 2010, a Report on the Framework Agreement from the City Manager, Joe Pennachetti and Bruce Anderson, Executive Director of Human Resources, was submitted for information. This Rep has been referred to the next E&LR Committee meeting so that it can be discussed, debated, deputed and voted on.

COTAPSA filed the Employment Standards Complaint with the Ministry of Labour on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. The Complaint is now in the Ministry's hands. COTAPSA will keep Members posted of any information we receive.
