From COTAPSA Inc.'s Constitution:
Membership shall be open to all employees of the Corporation of the City of Toronto who are continuously engaged as a non-union or exempt employee in an administrative, professional, management or supervisory capacity and such other employees of the said corporation who are ineligible for membership in a trade union, except the City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Executive Director of Human Resources, City Solicitor, and the Director of Labour Relations.
Currently, membership dues are $10.00 per pay period - $260.00 per year total. Dues are tax deductible and a tax receipt is issued to the Member at the beginning of each year for the previous year.
